EventZen acts as a curator and coordinator, not as the direct provider of all services.
Certain elements of your experience may be delivered by third-party providers.
Each experience is intentionally limited in scale to maintain quality, discretion and attention to detail.
3. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings are confirmed upon written agreement and receipt of deposit
- A deposit may be required to secure services
- Final payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or agreement
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Due to the bespoke nature of our services:
- Deposits are generally non-refundable
- Cancellation terms are defined per project
- Changes after confirmation may not always be possible and may incur additional costs
5. Third-Party Services
We collaborate with trusted partners (hotels, transport providers, activity operators).
However:
- EventZen is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers
- Each provider may operate under their own terms
- Delays or disruptions outside our control may occur
We will always act in good faith to support and resolve any issues.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- EventZen shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss
- We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Transport disruptions
- Force majeure events
Participation in activities is at your own risk.
7. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for:
- Informing us of any relevant medical or dietary requirements
- Ensuring participants are fit to travel and participate
8. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, visuals, branding) is the property of EventZen. It may not be copied or used without prior permission.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
